Ingredients:
• 1 kg – Mutton
• 3 to 4 – onions, medium size
• 1 to 2 – tomatoes, medium size
• 2 to 3 sticks – Drumstick
• 1 to 2 – potato, medium size
• whole Garam Masala
• Green chillies
• Red Chilli powder
• Coriander leaves
Method:
- Heat oil in a cooker and put garam masala.
- Add onions and green chillies. Saute till onions are golden brown.
- Add red chilli powder to your taste and then add the mutton pieces.
- Mix all ingredients and pressure cook until you hear two whistles. Then turn off the cooker.
- Open the cooker and add the tomatoes, potatoes, drumstick. Pressure-cook it till you hear one whistle.
- Then turn off the cooker and add coriander leaves.
- Serve hot with chapattis or rice.
