Ingredients:

• 1 kg – Mutton
• 3 to 4 – onions, medium size
• 1 to 2 – tomatoes, medium size
• 2 to 3 sticks – Drumstick
• 1 to 2 – potato, medium size
• whole Garam Masala
• Green chillies
• Red Chilli powder
• Coriander leaves

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a cooker and put garam masala.
  2. Add onions and green chillies. Saute till onions are golden brown.
  3. Add red chilli powder to your taste and then add the mutton pieces.
  4. Mix all ingredients and pressure cook until you hear two whistles. Then turn off the cooker.
  5. Open the cooker and add the tomatoes, potatoes, drumstick. Pressure-cook it till you hear one whistle.
  6. Then turn off the cooker and add coriander leaves.
  7. Serve hot with chapattis or rice.
