
Ingredients:
• 500 g – Bajra flour
• 50 g – Wheat flour
• 50 g – besan flour
• Salt as per taste
• 1/4 tsp – Sugar
• 1 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 50 g – Curd
• 1 tbsp – Ginger Green chilli paste
• 1 tsp – roasted sesame
• Oil for cooking.
Method:
- Mix the three different flours.
- Add curd, sugar, salt, ginger, green chilli paste, turmeric powder and 3 tbsp oil.
- Knead it into a dough with warm water and make small balls.
- Roll out into chapatti and cook on tava, applying oil.
