Ingredients:

• 25 – cocktail sticks
• 25 1cm x 1cm – cheese cubes
• 25 – baby Tomatoes
• 25 1 cmx1cm – pieces of Carrot
• 1/2 tsp – salt
• 1/2 tsp – white Vinegar
• 1/2 tsp – Sugar
• pepper to taste

Method:

  1. Boil carrots in water till they are slightly soft.
  2. Drain it under cold water.
  3. Sprinkle vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar over the pieces.
  4. Toss to blend different flavours well.
  5. Pierce one carrot piece on a cocktail stick.
  6. Follow it with a piece of cheese.
  7. Follow it with a baby tomato.
  8. Repeat the step for all ingredients.
  9. Serve arranged on a platter.
