Ingredients:

• Yoghurt (Dahi) – 1 cup
• Jeera – 1/2 tsp
• Mustard Seeds – 1/2 tsp
• Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
• Chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
• Curry leaves – one stalk
• Garlic – three flakes
• Cooking oil – one tbsp
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. In one bowl, take one tbsp cooking oil. Heat for two minutes.
  2. Add mustard seeds, jeera, curry leaves, chilli powder, turmeric powder.
  3. Fry for a while.
  4. Then add yoghurt and stir it well for two minutes.
  5. Put salt to taste. Switch off the fire.
