
Ingredients:
• 50 g – Cocoa powder
• 2 cups – Milk
• 500 g – Sugar
• 1 tbsp – Butter
• 125 g – Walnuts, chopped fine
Method:
- Boil the milk and sugar together until it thickens.
- Make a paste with the cocoa powder and a little warm milk.
- Add this to the milk along with the walnuts and butter.
- Simmer until the mixture forms a ball.
- Remove from heat and mould into egg shapes.
- Cool and warp in decorative foil paper.
