
Ingredients:
• Capsicum – 4 (yellow, green, orange, red)
• Onion – 1 small
• Red Chilli powder – 2 tbsp
• Oil – 2 tbsp
• Mustard Seeds – 1 tsp
• Salt as per taste
• Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
• Curry leaves – 1 sprig
Method:
- Cut onions and capsicum into small pieces.
- Put oil in a pan and heat. Add mustard and curry leaves. When they splutter, add onions and fry till golden brown.
- Add capsicum pieces and cook till soft.
- Add turmeric, salt and chilli powder to that.
- Serve hot with white rice.
