
Ingredients:
• 2 slices – bread
• 1/2 litre – Milk
• Sugar – 2 tbsp
• 3 tsp – Sugar to caramelize
• 1.5 tsp -custard powder
• 1/2 -tbsp Milk (to mix custard)
Method:
- Crumble bread and soak in milk.
- Boil and keep stirring on medium heat to blend.
- When they blend well, add custard powder mixed with 1/2 tbsp milk and stir well.
- Cook the mixture and keep stirring.
- When it becomes very thick, add sugar to it and stir and mix well.
- In another pan, caramelise sugar and cool the pan
- Pour the thick mixture into the caramelised pan and cool the mixture.
- Then refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight and serve chilled.
