Ingredients:

• Ricotta cheese – 1 pound
• Half and half – 1/2 gallon
• Sliced almonds- 8-10
• pistas – 15-20
• Cardamom- 3-4
• Kesar – 5- 6 strands
• Sugar- 1.25 cups.

Method:

  1. Dissolve kesar and 1/4 cup sugar in the half and half and keep aside.
  2. The milk will get a kesar flavour.
  3. Now mix 1 cup sugar and the cardamoms with the ricotta cheese.
  4. Spread this in a casserole and bake at 250 degrees for about 30-40 minutes.
  5. |Cut into cubes or any other shape.
  6. Now dip these in the half and half and garnish with sliced almonds, pistas and cardamoms.
