Ingredients:
• 3 cups – Milk
• 1 cup – cheese
• 1 cup – Spinach or coriander bunch
• 2.5 cups – fine rava
• Salt as needed
• 1.5 tsp – chilli powder
• 3- small green chillies, chopped
• 4-6 tsp – Butter
• 1/2 cup – bread crumbs
• Oil
Method:
- Boil the milk in a vessel. When it starts to boil, lower the flame and add cheese and butter, little by little.
- Start stirring when the cheese starts melting. After it melts add rava little by little while stirring the milk.
- After adding all the rava, lower the flame and stir so that no lumps are formed
- When it forms into a dough, spread in a tray which is greased with little oil or ghee. Spread evenly and cut into small square or rounds.
- Then freeze it in the refrigerator for 15 to 20 min. Then, take it out, split the cubes separately, dip it in a maida paste ( made of maida and water), cover it in bread crumbs, deep fry or bake.
- Store the cubes in freezer for 4 to 5 days and deep fry when needed
