Ingredients:
• 3 cups – very fine gram flour
• 2 cups – Sugar
• 3 cardamoms, powdered
• 1 tbsp – Raisins
• Ghee for frying
Method:
- Mix the gram flour with water and make a thick batter.
- Make syrup – one thread consistency – out of sugar and add powdered cardamoms. Sieve the batter through a boondi jhari and fry the boondis.
- Add them to the syrup as you fry. While it is warm, add the fried raisins.
- Make round ladoos.
