Ingredients:

• 1 cup-chiroti rava
• 1 cup-milk preheated
• 1 cup- grated Coconut
• 3 cup-sugar
• 1 cup- Ghee
• 1/2 tsp- Cardamom powder

Method:

  1. Grease a plate for the sweet with ghee.
  2. Take bottom thick vessel or a kadai. Mix all the ingredients in the kadai.
  3. Keep it on medium flame.
  4. Keep stirring in between until the sugar is dissolved and the other ingredients get mixed well.
  5. When it starts boiling keep the flame low, keep stirring.
  6. When the mixture froths up, the sides getting dried up, remove quickly pour it on the greased plate.
  7. Shake the plate gently for the mixture to spread evenly.
  8. When it is partly cooled, cut into pieces with a sharp greased knife.
  9. Serve when it is cooled completely.
