Ingredients:
• 20 – large shrimps
• 1.75 cups – bread crumbs
• 1 tbsp – parsley, chopped
• 1/2 tsp – Tabasco sauce
• Salt as per taste
• 3/4 cup – butter, melted
• 1 tbsp – Lemon juice
• 1/4 tsp – Garam Masala
• 1/4 cup – crushed cornflakes
• For Garnishing:
• 1/4 cup – melted Butter
• 1/4 cup – bread crumbs
Method:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Clean and devein the shrimps.
- Split each shrimp keeping the tail intact.
- In a bowl, mix all the ingredients except shrimps, until firm.
- Stuff the mixture in the split shrimps.
- Place in the greased baking dish.
- Top the shrimps with melted butter and bread crumbs (for garnishing).
- Bake shrimps for about 10 minutes on 350 degrees Fahrenheit or until pink.
- Serve with dipping of your choice.
