
Ingredients:
• 2 cups – cooked Rice
• 1 – Capsicum (chopped)
• 1 – large Onion (chopped)
• 1/2 cup – cooked peas
• 2 tbsp – oil
• Salt to taste
• 1 tsp – chopped Garlic
• 1 tsp – chopped Ginger
• 3 – Spring onions (chopped into small bits)
• 1 tsp – ground pepper/black pepper powder
• 1 tsp – soya sauce
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan and saute the onions, garlic and ginger till golden brown.
- Add chopped capsicum, onions and peas and fry for about 3 minutes.
- Add the paneer/cottage cheese, soya sauce, pepper and salt and fry for a few minutes.
- Mix in the rice and stir well.
- Garnish with chopped spring onions.
