Ingredients:

• 1/2 kg – minced Meat
• 1/2 cup – breadcrumbs
• 1/2 cup -chopped coriander
• 1/4 cup -chopped mint/parsley
• 1- onion, minced
• 1/4 tsp – pepper powder
• 1/4 tsp- chilli powder
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1/4 tsp – cumin powder
• 1 tbsp – Vinegar
• juice of a Lime
• salt to taste

Method:

  1. Marinate all the ingredients together for 10 minutes at least.
  2. Press them firmly into cutlets or onto skewers and either fry on both sides without oil on a nonstick pan or bake/grill/BBQ them, cooking evenly on both sides till done.
