
Ingredients:
• 1 kg – Green chillies
• 2 tbsp – cumin
• 1 tsp – Aamchur
• 2 tsp – salt crystals
• 1 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 2 cup – cooking oil
• 3 pods – Garlic
• A little – Vinegar to taste
• A little – Sugar to taste
• A little – salt to taste
Method:
- Remove the stem and wash the chillies.
- Pound cumin, amchur, turmeric and salt together and add to the chillies.
- In a large vessel, heat oil, add the sliced garlic and fry till it turns brown.
- Then add the green chilli mixture and fry for a while.
- Add vinegar, sugar and salt if required.
- Cook well. When it cools store in bottles.
