Ingredients:

• 1 kg – pork, cut into medium pieces.
• 1 tsp – Ginger paste.
• 1 tsp – Garlic paste.
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder.
• 2 tsp – chilli powder.
• 2 – green chillies, sliced lengthwise.
• 3 – onions, sliced finely.
• 1 cup – chopped dill leaves.
• salt.
• 3 – potatoes, peeled and cut into quarters.
• 3 tsp – oil.

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a pan and fry the onions till they are golden brown in colour.
  2. Add the ginger and garlic paste and saute for a few more minutes.
  3. Add the pork, chilli powder, turmeric powder, green chillies and dill leaves and mix them together well.
  4. Stir fry for a few minutes till the pork pieces become firm and the leaves shrivel up.
  5. Add the potatoes, salt and sufficient water and cook it on simmer or low heat till the pork and potatoes are tender.
