Ingredients:

• 225 gms. Mutton chops
• 1 tomato, chopped
• Small onion, chopped
• 1 tbsp. Garam Masala
• 1 tsp. oil
• 1 tsp. Red Chilli powder
• Small piece root Ginger
• ½ tsp. Garlic paste
• ½ tsp. salt
• 2 tbsp. Yoghurt

Method:

  1. Heat the oil, add the onions and cook until brown.
  2. Add ginger and garlic paste, red chilli powder, garam masala and salt and cook well.
  3. Add the mutton chops to the sauce, then add the tomatoes and stir well.
  4. Add some water and allow the chops to cook until tender.
  5. When cooked, add the yoghurt.
  6. Mix well and reheat carefully.
  7. Serve hot garnished with chopped coriander leaves and ginger strips.
