Ingredients:
• 225 gms. Mutton chops
• 1 tomato, chopped
• Small onion, chopped
• 1 tbsp. Garam Masala
• 1 tsp. oil
• 1 tsp. Red Chilli powder
• Small piece root Ginger
• ½ tsp. Garlic paste
• ½ tsp. salt
• 2 tbsp. Yoghurt
Method:
- Heat the oil, add the onions and cook until brown.
- Add ginger and garlic paste, red chilli powder, garam masala and salt and cook well.
- Add the mutton chops to the sauce, then add the tomatoes and stir well.
- Add some water and allow the chops to cook until tender.
- When cooked, add the yoghurt.
- Mix well and reheat carefully.
- Serve hot garnished with chopped coriander leaves and ginger strips.
