
Ingredients:
• 500g – chicken, boneless
• 2 tbsp – Curd
• 1 tbsp – Ginger paste
• 1 tbsp – Garlic paste
• 1 – Lemon
• 2 – Green chillies
• 1 tsp – Onion paste
• 1 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• Salt to taste
• 500g – oil for frying
Method:
- Wash chicken thoroughly and cut it into small pieces.
- Mix all the other ingredients mentioned with the chicken pieces and marinate it for 1 to 2 hours.
- Deep-fry them and yummy, crispy chicken pakodas are ready.
- Serve hot with spicy green chutney.
