
Ingredients:
• 1 kg – Chicken
• 200 g – small Onions
• 50 g – Chicken masala powder
• 4 – Tomatoes
• 1/2 – Coconut Milk
Method:
- Clean and the cut chicken into small pieces.
- Heat oil in a kadhai. Saute the onions.
- Add the tomatoes and saute well.
- Add the chicken and salt.
- Add the chicken masala, saute well and pour the coconut milk.
- Allow it to boil so that the gravy thickens.
- Serve with hot rice.
