Ingredients:

• 1 kg – potatoes, peeled.
• 100 g – onion, chopped.
• 3 to 4 – green chillies, chopped.
• 3 tbsp – coriander leaves, chopped.
• 1 Clove – garlic, crushed.
• 3 tbsp – flour.
• 3 to 4 tbsp – oil.
• 3 – eggs.
• salt, pepper to taste.

Method:

  1. Grate the potatoes and add eggs, chopped onion, green chillies, coriander leaves, garlic, salt and pepper, and mix them together thoroughly.
  2. Shape the mixture into small, flat rounds and roll them in the flour.
  3. Pour oil into the crisp plate and heat for 2 mins.
  4. Place 6 potato rounds in the plate and cook on crisp mode for 9 mins, turning them after 6 mins.
  5. Serve hot with mint chutney.
