
Ingredients:
• 1 kg – potatoes, peeled.
• 100 g – onion, chopped.
• 3 to 4 – green chillies, chopped.
• 3 tbsp – coriander leaves, chopped.
• 1 Clove – garlic, crushed.
• 3 tbsp – flour.
• 3 to 4 tbsp – oil.
• 3 – eggs.
• salt, pepper to taste.
Method:
- Grate the potatoes and add eggs, chopped onion, green chillies, coriander leaves, garlic, salt and pepper, and mix them together thoroughly.
- Shape the mixture into small, flat rounds and roll them in the flour.
- Pour oil into the crisp plate and heat for 2 mins.
- Place 6 potato rounds in the plate and cook on crisp mode for 9 mins, turning them after 6 mins.
- Serve hot with mint chutney.
