Ingredients:
• Basmati Rice (cooked) – 2 cups.
• Fresh Green pea – 1 cup.
• Green chilli – 4-5.
• Peanut powder (roasted) – 4-5 tbsp.
• Cumin seed – 2 tbsp.
• Fresh Coriander leaves for garnishing.
• Salt to taste.
• oil – 4 to 5 tbsp.
Method:
- Warm some oil in a kadai.
- Add the chopped green chillies and fry them.
- Add the peas and cumin seeds.
- When the peas are cooked, add peanut powder and salt and cook on medium flame for some time.
- Add the cooked basmati rice and mix well.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Serve hot.
