Ingredients:

• Basmati Rice (cooked) – 2 cups.
• Fresh Green pea – 1 cup.
• Green chilli – 4-5.
• Peanut powder (roasted) – 4-5 tbsp.
• Cumin seed – 2 tbsp.
• Fresh Coriander leaves for garnishing.
• Salt to taste.
• oil – 4 to 5 tbsp.

Method:

  1. Warm some oil in a kadai.
  2. Add the chopped green chillies and fry them.
  3. Add the peas and cumin seeds.
  4. When the peas are cooked, add peanut powder and salt and cook on medium flame for some time.
  5. Add the cooked basmati rice and mix well.
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  7. Serve hot.
