Ingredients:
• 1 – Carrot
• 8 – Badam
• 8 – Kaju
• 8 – Pista
• 4 – Elaichi
• 250 g – Sugar
• 1 liter – Milk
Method:
- Soak badam and pista in hot water for an hour.
- Peel the carrot and grind it in the mixer.
- Fry elaichi in little ghee and powder it.
- Peel the badam and pista skin and grind it in the mixer with little milk.
- Keep a non-stick clean pan in the gas and boil the milk for 15 to 20 minutes on a low flame. Add the pastes and stir it 10 to 15 minutes. Add sugar allow it to boil 10 more minutes.
- Your kheer is ready. Serve it hot or cold.
