Ingredients:

• 4 kg – cooked Ham
• 1 – orange, to obtain juice
• Whole Cloves
• 1/4 tsp – Cinnamon powder
• 1/2 tsp – prepared mustard
• 1 cup – Honey

Method:

  1. Remove the rind of ham.
  2. Score the ham in a diamond pattern (small diamonds, approx. 1 inch).
  3. At the centre of each diamond, insert a clove.
  4. Mix the rest of ingredients in a bowl for the glaze.
  5. Spread it over the ham.
  6. Bake at 325 degree F for 90 mins till the ham is tender.
  7. Let it cool and then serve.
