Ingredients:
• 1.5 cup – chutney dal (roasted gram dal)
• 1 cup – powdered Sugar
• 4 tbsp – Ghee
• As required – Cashew nuts and Raisins
• 5 to 6 – cardamom, powdered
Method:
- Powder chutney dal in a mixie.
- Sieve chutney dal powder and sugar powder together. Transfer to a bowl.
- Heat 1 tbsp ghee. Fry cashew nuts, till brown and raisins, till it swells, separately.
- Add to the flour.
- Heat remaining ghee and add to flour.
- Mix well and make lemon sized laddu, while it is a little hot.
