Ingredients:

• 1.5 cup – chutney dal (roasted gram dal)
• 1 cup – powdered Sugar
• 4 tbsp – Ghee
• As required – Cashew nuts and Raisins
• 5 to 6 – cardamom, powdered

Method:

  1. Powder chutney dal in a mixie.
  2. Sieve chutney dal powder and sugar powder together. Transfer to a bowl.
  3. Heat 1 tbsp ghee. Fry cashew nuts, till brown and raisins, till it swells, separately.
  4. Add to the flour.
  5. Heat remaining ghee and add to flour.
  6. Mix well and make lemon sized laddu, while it is a little hot.
