Ingredients:

• 2 cup – leftover Rice
• 2 tbsp – chopped Spinach
• 6-7 Green chillies (finely chopped)
• 1 piece Ginger (crushed or grated)
• 1/2 tbsp – Wheat flour or Maida
• 1 tbsp – semolina fine
• 1 tsp – Butter
• 2-3 pods Garlic crushed
• Oil to deep fry
• salt to taste

Method:

  1. Mix all ingredients, except oil and semolina.
  2. Add flour in case the mixture is too soggy or water in case the mixture is too dry.
  3. Shape in croquettes. Roll in the semolina to coat.
  4. Heat oil in kadai. Add in the croquettes few at a time to fry on medium flame till golden brown.
  5. Serve hot with tamarind sauce, green chutney or ketchup.
