
Ingredients:
• Raw Rice 2 cups
• Red Gram Dhal 1 cup
• Cumin seeds 1 tsp
• Curry leaves few
• Red Chillies 8
• Onion 1 chopped
• Asafetida little
• Salt to taste
• Drumstick Leaves 1 cup
• Oil for frying
Method:
- Soak rice for 2 hours and dhal separately for an hour.
- Grind them together with chillies, cumin, curry leaves, and onion till coarse rawa consistency.
- Add salt and mix drumstick leaves. (do not chop)
- Heat a tawa and make adai and fry adding enough oil.
