
Ingredients:
• 350 gms – Paneer
• 3 tbsp – Flour
• 1 tsp – Baking powder
• 4 chopped – Green chillies
• 1 tbsp – Chopped coriander
• Ghee for deep frying
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Crumble the paneer and knead it well.
- Mix it with the flour, baking powder, chillies, coriander and salt.
- Shape into small balls and deep fry in ghee.
- Keep aside.
