Ingredients:

• 2 – Large Potatoes
• 3 – 4 Cloves – Garlic
• 1.5 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 2 tsp – Corn flour
• 1/2 tsp – salt
• 2 – 3 tsp – Oil

Method:

  1. Wash, peel, and cut the potatoes into squares or cubes.
  2. Sprinkle some water on top of the potatoes and cook in microwave for 10 minutes.
  3. Drain excess water present in the dish and add all the other ingredients to this; mix well with a spatula and cook for another 10 minutes in the microwave.
  4. Stop once in 3 minutes to turn the potatoes to the other side so that the masala is coated well.
  5. Serve hot with fried rice or jeera rice.
