
Ingredients:
• 2 – Large Potatoes
• 3 – 4 Cloves – Garlic
• 1.5 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 2 tsp – Corn flour
• 1/2 tsp – salt
• 2 – 3 tsp – Oil
Method:
- Wash, peel, and cut the potatoes into squares or cubes.
- Sprinkle some water on top of the potatoes and cook in microwave for 10 minutes.
- Drain excess water present in the dish and add all the other ingredients to this; mix well with a spatula and cook for another 10 minutes in the microwave.
- Stop once in 3 minutes to turn the potatoes to the other side so that the masala is coated well.
- Serve hot with fried rice or jeera rice.
