Ingredients:

• 1 cup – green peas, boiled and mashed
• 1 tsp – Mint leaves, finely chopped
• 50 g – potatoes, boiled
• 1 slice – bread, fried and cut into cubes
• 1/2 tsp – black pepper powder
• 3 Cloves – Garlic
• 1 – Onion
• 1 tbsp – Cream
• 1/2 tsp – finely cut Green chillies
• salt to taste

Method:

  1. Blend the potatoes and green chillies.
  2. Heat the oil and fry the onion and garlic.
  3. Add the mashed green peas, potatoes, mint leaves, black pepper, green chillies and salt and allow it to simmer on low heat.
  4. Cool the mixture and strain in a strainer.
  5. Heat the soup once more and garnish with cream and fried bread cubes.
