
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – green peas, boiled and mashed
• 1 tsp – Mint leaves, finely chopped
• 50 g – potatoes, boiled
• 1 slice – bread, fried and cut into cubes
• 1/2 tsp – black pepper powder
• 3 Cloves – Garlic
• 1 – Onion
• 1 tbsp – Cream
• 1/2 tsp – finely cut Green chillies
• salt to taste
Method:
- Blend the potatoes and green chillies.
- Heat the oil and fry the onion and garlic.
- Add the mashed green peas, potatoes, mint leaves, black pepper, green chillies and salt and allow it to simmer on low heat.
- Cool the mixture and strain in a strainer.
- Heat the soup once more and garnish with cream and fried bread cubes.
