
Ingredients:
• 500 g – paneer, chopped into small cubes
• 10 – Dried red chillies
• 6 – garlic, peeled
• 1/2 tbsp – soy sauce
• 1 tbsp – Tomato sauce
• 1/2 tbsp – Vinegar
• 1 – onion, finely chopped
• Curry leaves
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Mix dried red chillies, garlic, soy sauce, tomato sauce, vinegar and grind them into a smooth paste.
- In a wok, heat oil, add curry leaves and allow them to splutter.
- Add onions and fry until golden brown.
- Add the paste and cook until oil starts separating.
- Then, add some water and salt and cook again.
- Finally, add paneer cubes and cook until paneer is a soft.
