Ingredients:

• 500 g – paneer, chopped into small cubes
• 10 – Dried red chillies
• 6 – garlic, peeled
• 1/2 tbsp – soy sauce
• 1 tbsp – Tomato sauce
• 1/2 tbsp – Vinegar
• 1 – onion, finely chopped
• Curry leaves
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Mix dried red chillies, garlic, soy sauce, tomato sauce, vinegar and grind them into a smooth paste.
  2. In a wok, heat oil, add curry leaves and allow them to splutter.
  3. Add onions and fry until golden brown.
  4. Add the paste and cook until oil starts separating.
  5. Then, add some water and salt and cook again.
  6. Finally, add paneer cubes and cook until paneer is a soft.
