
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Paneer (crumbled)
• 1 – Onion (chopped)
• 3 Green chillies (chopped)
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala powder
• 1/4 tsp – Ajwain seeds
• a few Curry leaves
• Salt
• 1 tbsp – Oil
• 2 cups – Wheat flour
• 1 cup – Barley flour
• 1 cup – Yogurt
• Salt
• Oil for cooking
Method:
- Heat 1 tbsp of oil, fry the ajwain seeds and curry leaves.
- Add chopped onions, chopped green chillies and saute until they turn brown.
- Then add the scrambled paneer, garam masala powder and salt. Cook on simmer till the paneer gets well coated with spices. Keep aside and cool.
- Take the wheat flour, barley flour, prepared paneer bhurji in a bowl, salt and gradually add the yogurt and knead into a smooth dough. Keep aside for 30 mins.
- Shape dough into 10-12medium sized balls, dust with flour and roll as circles.
- Heat a tawa, drop the rolled parathas, drizzle oil and cook both sides till done.
- Serve hot.
