
Ingredients:
• cooked Rice – 4 cup
• Ghee or oil – 4 tbsp
• black pepper Corns – 1 tsp, crushed
• Cumin seeds – 1 tsp, crushed
• Garlic – 1 tbsp, minced
• Curry leaves few
• salt to taste
Method:
- Heat Ghee or oil.
- Add pepper, cumin and garlic.
- Fry till garlic is brown.
- Add curry leaves.
- Add rice and salt.
- Mix well and remove from fire.
