
Ingredients:
• 1 – chicken, cut into small pieces
• 1 tbsp – chilli powder
• 1 tbsp – Dhania powder
• 2 cups – yogurt
• 5-6 – Cardamom
• 4-5 – Cloves
• 1/2 – Cinnamon stick (grounded into a mixture)
• 1 tbsp – ginger-garlic paste
• 2 tsp – soya sauce
• 1 tsp – chilli sauce
• 1 – onion, cut into small pieces
• salt to taste
Method:
- Fry onions in a pan with 6 tsp of oil.
- When the onions turn golden brown, add ginger-garlic paste to it.
- Once the onions and paste blend together, add chilli powder, salt, grounded masala mixture, yogurt, soya sauce, chilli sauce and allow it to simmer.
- Then add chicken.
- Once the chicken is cooked, add dhania powder just before removing it from the stove.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
