Ingredients:
• Chicken – 500g
• 1 medium spoon – any Chicken masala
• 1 tsp – chilli powder
• 2 tsp – coriander powder
• 1/2 tsp – Haldi powder (or as required)
• 1/4 tsp – black pepper powder
• 1 tbsp – ginger-garlic paste
• Salt – to taste
• 4 tbsp – oil
Method:
- Wash chicken thoroughly with water. Now drain the water completely from the chicken pieces.
- Apply all the masala ingredients into the chicken properly.
- Now marinate this for one hour.
- Heat a nonstick kadai with required oil and put the chicken pieces.
- Add a little water and cover the kadai for the chicken to cook.
- This can be eaten with fried rice along with onion rings and lemon.
