
Ingredients:
• 250 g – mixed dal (channa, tur, yellow moong)
• 2 tbsp – Ghee
• 100 g – Sugar
• 50 g – fresh grated Coconut
• 1 tsp – Cardamom powder
• 10 g – black dry monnaca
Method:
- Boil the dals, drain and mash the dals
- Heat ghee in a pan, add the grated coconut and fry till it turns brown
- Then add the mashed dal mixture, cardamom powder, sugar and keep stirring till it leaves the sides of pan
- Spread it on the thaali and decorate with monnaca
