
Ingredients:
• 1/2 kg – tender Gherkins
• 1 tsp – chilli powder
• 1 tsp – salt
• 1 tsp – cumin powder
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 2 tbsp – oil
Method:
- Wash the gherkins and cut them into thin slices.
- Mix them with the salt, chilli powder, turmeric powder and cumin powder.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the gherkins till brown and crisp.
- Serve with rice as a side dish.
