Ingredients:

• 1/2 litre – Milk
• 1 cup – condensed Milk
• 2.5 tbsp – Corn flour
• 3 – cloves, powdered
• 1/4 tsp – vanilla essence
• 2 tbsp – dry nuts, chopped fine
• Sugar to taste

Method:

  1. Boil milk and condensed milk together.
  2. Take 2 tablespoons of milk and mix corn flour in it.
  3. Add the corn flour mix to the milk.
  4. Stir on low flame till it thickens.
  5. Add a little sugar.
  6. Add powdered cloves, essence, and nuts.
  7. Cool. Then refrigerate for 5 or 6 hours in a kulfi mould and serve.
