
Ingredients:
• 100 gm – raw Tamarind
• 1 – medium size Tomato
• 1 – medium size Onion
• Red Chilli powder as per taste
• Turmeric powder as per taste
• Salt
• For seasoning:
• Oil
• 1 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 1 tsp – Jeera
• 1 tsp – Bengal Gram
• 1 tsp – Urad Dal
• Some Coriander leaves
• Curry leaves
• 2 – Red Chillies
Method:
- Clean raw tamarind and cut them to pieces.
- Add salt to taste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, sliced tomato and grind it into a paste.
- For seasoning, add oil to the pan.
- Add mustard seeds, jeera, Bengal gram, urad dal, red chilli, curry leaves and finely chopped onions.
- Garnish this with coriander leaves and serve hot with rice, chapatti or roti.
