Ingredients:

• 1 lbs – Chicken Drumsticks or legs
• 1 – Onion (sliced)
• 4 tbsp – Schezwan sauce
• 2 tbsp – oil
• 2 tbsp – Butter
• For garam masala: 1 – Clove
• 3-4 – Peppercorns
• 1 – Bay Leaf
• 1 – Cinnamon
• For marination: 1 tbsp – Red Chilli powder
• 2 tbsp – chilli-garlic paste
• 5 tbsp – Curd
• a pinch of Turmeric powder
• salt to taste

Method:

  1. Prepare a paste of curd, red chilli powder, chilli-garlic paste, turmeric powder and salt.
  2. Marinate the chicken pieces in this mixture and leave in the refrigerator for half an hour.
  3. Take oil in a pan and add the whole garam masala.
  4. Add the onions and saute until brown.
  5. Add the marinated chicken.
  6. Cook covered for 15-20 minutes or until the chicken is tender and dry.
  7. Heat butter in another pan and add the chicken pieces, then add some Schezwan sauce.
  8. Saute until the chicken is brown.
  9. Serve hot with rice.
