
Ingredients:
• 500 gm – Frozen Spinach cubes
• 1 – Tomato medium sized, chopped
• 1 – Onion, finely chopped
• 1-2 – Green chillies, finely chopped
• 1 tsp – Cumin seeds/Jeera
• 2 tsp – Oil
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala
• 1 tsp – Coriander powder
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1/4 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/2 cup – Milk
• 1/4 cup – Whipped Cream
• Salt to taste
Method:
- In a pan add oil, once hot add cumin seeds.
- As they splutter add onion, green chillies and fry till onion turns translucent.
- Now add turmeric powder, coriander powder and fry well.
- Once done add tomatoes and fry well.
- Now add red chilli powder and mix well.
- Now as the tomatoes turn tender, add frozen spinach cubes, salt and mix well.
- Now add milk and let it cook for a while.
- Now add garam masala and mix well.
- Finally on a very low flame add whipped cream and mix.
