Ingredients:

• 1 kg Chicken
• handful of Coriander leaves
• 5 Green chillies
• 1 inch Ginger
• 4 flakes Garlic
• 1 tsp Chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp Red Orange Colour
• 1/2 cup Curd
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Clean chicken and cut into large pieces. Pat them dry with a cloth and make deep cuts in the flesh.
  2. Grind coriander leaves, ginger, garlic and green chillies to a fine paste (without adding water).
  3. Marinate the chicken pieces with curd, green paste, salt, chilli powder and red colour for 3-4 hours.
  4. Place the chicken pieces in a pre-heated oven at the maximum temperature for 15-20 mins.
  5. Brush with melted ghee.
  6. Serve hot with lemon and onion slices.
