
Ingredients:
• ½ cup – flour
• ½ tsp – salt
• 1 tsp – oil
• little water
• some dry flour
• oil for deep frying
Method:
- In a bowl mix together flour, salt and oil.
- Add little water and make a dough.
- Keep aside for 15 minutes.
- Divide the dough into 2 to 3 portions.
- Roll out each portion into a thin chappati.
- Sprinkle some dry flour on it and fold the chappati.
- Cut into thin strips and deep fry on a medium flame.
- Repeat with remaining portions. Remove on paper.
- Store in an airtight container.
