Ingredients:

• ½ cup – flour
• ½ tsp – salt
• 1 tsp – oil
• little water
• some dry flour
• oil for deep frying

Method:

  1. In a bowl mix together flour, salt and oil.
  2. Add little water and make a dough.
  3. Keep aside for 15 minutes.
  4. Divide the dough into 2 to 3 portions.
  5. Roll out each portion into a thin chappati.
  6. Sprinkle some dry flour on it and fold the chappati.
  7. Cut into thin strips and deep fry on a medium flame.
  8. Repeat with remaining portions. Remove on paper.
  9. Store in an airtight container.
