
Ingredients:
• 1 kg – lamb or Mutton chops
• 1/2 inch – Ginger
• 6 pods – Garlic
• 1 bunch – Coriander leaves
• 1 tbsp – coriander powder
• 1/2 tsp – pepper powder
• 1/2 tsp – cumin powder
• Lemon juice
• Turmeric
• 2 – eggs
• plain flour
• bread crumbs
• oil for frying
• salt
Method:
- Boil lamb or mutton in 1 glass of water.
- Add salt and turmeric and cook in a pressure cooker for 10 mins.
- Open the lid and cook until all the water evaporates.
- Then grind the masala, add salt and lemon juice and coat the lamb or mutton with the masala.
- Dip these in plain flour, egg batter and bread crumbs and shallow fry.
