Ingredients:

• 1 kg – Chicken.
• Coriander powder – 1 tbsp.
• Cinnamon powder – 1 tsp.
• Soy sauce 2 tsp.
• Rice Vinegar (optional).
• Garam Masala 1 tsp.
• pepper powder 1 tbsp.
• Onions 3 large.
• Green chilli 4 to 5.
• oil – as per need.
• Coriander leaves for garnishing.
• Salt to taste.

Method:

  1. Clean the chicken and put it into a non-stick kadai with some salt, coriander powder, cinnamon powder and some water.
  2. Add water just so that the chicken is covered. Cook till chicken is tender (30 mins max).
  3. Take another kadai with oil, fry the onions and green chillies in them till golden.
  4. You can start frying the onions when the chicken is 3/4 done.
  5. Add the chicken, coriander powder, garam masala, soy sauce, vinegar, pepper powder and check for salt.
  6. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander.
