
Ingredients:
• 1 kg – Chicken.
• Coriander powder – 1 tbsp.
• Cinnamon powder – 1 tsp.
• Soy sauce 2 tsp.
• Rice Vinegar (optional).
• Garam Masala 1 tsp.
• pepper powder 1 tbsp.
• Onions 3 large.
• Green chilli 4 to 5.
• oil – as per need.
• Coriander leaves for garnishing.
• Salt to taste.
Method:
- Clean the chicken and put it into a non-stick kadai with some salt, coriander powder, cinnamon powder and some water.
- Add water just so that the chicken is covered. Cook till chicken is tender (30 mins max).
- Take another kadai with oil, fry the onions and green chillies in them till golden.
- You can start frying the onions when the chicken is 3/4 done.
- Add the chicken, coriander powder, garam masala, soy sauce, vinegar, pepper powder and check for salt.
- Garnish with freshly chopped coriander.
