Ingredients:

• 3.5 cups of water
• 1 cup – Suji
• 5-6 Cloves – Garlic,
• Juice of three Lemons
• 1/2 cup – oil
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Mix properly two cups of water with one cup of Samovita (suji).
  2. Put on the fire cook it for 5-10 mins till it forms into a shape of a hard ball. Cool it.
  3. Meanwhile, grind garlic with one and a half cup of water in a blender/grinder.
  4. Add Samovita mixture, lime juice, oil, salt.
  5. Grind it till it becomes a smooth paste.
