Ingredients:
• 1 kg – cauliflower, finely sliced
• Juice of 2 Lime
• 2 – green chillies, chopped
• 1/2 cup – dhani leaves, chopped
• 2 tsp – jeera, dry roasted and ground coarsely
• A pinch of Sugar
• Pepper to taste
• Salt
Method:
- Combine all the above ingredients and mix well.
- Chill and serve.
