
Ingredients:
• 5 – medium sized Carrots
• 1 cup – Sugar
• 1 tsp – Cardamom powder
• 1/2 cup- Cashewnut powder
• 1 glass – Milk
Method:
- Grate the carrots and boil them in the milk until tender. Set aside for cooling.
- Now grind the cashews into a fine powder and add all the other ingredients.
- Add the ground ingredients to the boiled carrots and mix well.
- Add some more milk or water for the desired consistency.
- Serve chilled.
