Ingredients:

• 250 g – white fish fillets
• 250 g – shelled Prawns
• 2 cups – Milk
• 2 cups – water
• 1 cup – sweet corn, Cream style
• 1 cup – onion, finely chopped
• 1/2 cup – parsley, chopped
• 1/2 cup – Celery stalk, chopped
• 2 tbsp – Butter
• 1/2 tsp – mixed dried herbs
• salt and pepper

Method:

  1. Melt the butter in a skillet.
  2. Add onion and celery and cook till they soften.
  3. Add parsley, mixed herbs, fish and prawns.
  4. Add water, salt and pepper. Let it simmer till the fish and prawns are cooked.
  5. Remove the fish with a slotted spoon and transfer to a plate.
  6. Cool slowly and flake the fillets.
  7. Add the flaked fish back to the skillet.
  8. Add sweet corn and milk.
  9. Allow it to simmer for 3-5 minutes.
  10. Serve hot.
