Ingredients:
• 1/4 kg – dondakaya
• 3 – Carrots
• 8-9 – long Green chillies
• a small piece – Tamarind
• 4 Cloves – Garlic
• 1 tsp – Jeera
• Salt
• For seasoning:
• 1 tsp – mustard, 1/2 tsp – Jeera
• A few – Curry leaves
• 1 tsp – oil
Method:
- Cut dondakaya and carrot. Fry along with the green chillies till they become soft.
- Put all the ingredients in the mixer, including salt, and grind it to a paste.
- Heat oil and add the seasoning. Once they splutter, pour over the chutney and mix well.
