Ingredients:

• 1/2 kg- Chicken mince
• 2 tbsp- Tomato sauce/ ketchup
• 1 tbsp- lemon/lime juice
• 2 tbsp- chilli Garlic sauce
• 1 tsp- pepper powder
• Salt to taste
• 4 tbsp- plain flour
• 3 tbsp- Corn flour
• Oil for frying
• 1/2 cup Milk
• 1 egg, beaten
• 4 tbsp- bread crumbs

Method:

  1. Mix the chicken mince, tomato ketchup/sauce, lemon/lime juice, chilli garlic sauce, pepper powder, and a little salt.
  2. Make a thick batter with the flour, corn flour, salt, egg and milk.
  3. Form the chicken mince into square nuggets.
  4. Dip the nuggets one by one in the batter and roll in the bread crumbs.
  5. Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the chicken nuggets till golden brown and crispy on both sides.
  6. Serve with either tomato ketchup or chilli sauce.
